To amend and create content some
of our clients are using Microsoft Paint or Adobe Photo Shop and Microsoft Power Point
Microsoft power Point presentations can be exported as static images or converted to video and Flash (SWF) ready for loading directly into the signage software.
To create high quality SWF (Flash) movies use Adobe Flash or Swish Max / Swish Max 2.

Note: Try to avoid displaying Static Text and Pictures on a display
screen for long periods at a time this can cause an outline imprint of
the content on screen, this is known as Screen Burn.
To help reduce this issue, rotate the screen content that you displayed on a
regular basis.
Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility for
Screen Burn or other display issues incurred to your screen whilst been
used for signage purposes. |

schedule them to be shown on specified screens at specified times of
the day. Manage all your screens from a remote location, or at the site.
HOW IT WORKS
Use
your existing display screens and computers, if you don't have any
screens installed and require a professional installation service contact us for a quotation.
When using a standalone PC this will act as the Content creator and Content player.
To
Remotely manage content the display screens are connected to a Player
PC (a normal Windows based PC dedicated to running the Player software)
this computer will stores the content that will be played on the
display screen. |

New content is transferred between the Manager PC and Player PC using FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
your ISP or Network manager can easily assist you with this. Local management can be done over a LAN.
The Player PC checks the FTP site at pre-determined hourly intervals & downloads new content if found.
If new content is found the old content is updated and is then displayed on your remote display screens. |
